Pesochnaya Bukhta Park-Hotel is located in Sevastopol, on the first coastline in a perennial arboretum with an area of almost 4 hectares. The resort complex is located next to one of the main attractions of Sevastopol and the Crimea — the ancient city of Tauric Chersonese.

Pesochnaya Bukhta restaurant provides:
- breakfast from 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Sat and Sun 8:30 AM -10:30 AM);
- late lunches from 04:30 PM to 05:30 PM;
- dinner from 07:30 PM to 08:30 PM
In the a-la carte format, the restaurant is open daily from 1 pm to 10 pm.
The restaurant of the Crimean ethnic cuisine Shafran is temporarily closed from 29.09.2022.
Thе special rate of meal plan for children is provides.
Guests are required to pay the first night's prepayment within 72 hours of booking. The prepayment is refundable if canceled 10 days before arrival. For no-shows and late cancellations, a penalty of 1 day.
For all guests of the park-hotel a free initial appointment with a general practitioner is available. Pre-registration is required.
Extra beds are available on request in some room categories. The possibility of placing on an extra bed and the cost of this service must be clarified by the hotel.
From 01.10.2022, parking at the Pesochnaya Bukhta Park-Hotel is free.
Cost of the New Year's banquet 2024 per 1 guest:
- children under 5 years old — RUB 1000.00;
- children from 5 to 12 years old — RUB 4500.00;
- adults and children over 12 years old — RUB 6500.00.
Prepayment is required to reserve a banquet. The program includes: New Year's dinner (classic, hearty table), welcome drink for adults, treats for children, leading DJ, photo zone.
