- before leaving, it' necessary to wash the dishes and take out the trash;
- observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
- take off street shoes at the entrance.
If the conditions are not met, the deposit will not be returned.

Remote check-in is organized in the apartment, so payment is accepted only by online transfer.
