You need to know
VAT indicated in the rates is obligatory for payment only for the citizens of Peru, regardless of the length of stay. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax.
Please note, the rates include all meals, transfers to and from Maldonado Airport, bilingual guides, and activities in the area such as birdwatching, fishing, sailing, and kayaking.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.
This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

You can stop by the bar. Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a free parking zone. If you want to make your journey even more comfortable, you can order a transfer. The staff of the hotel will be happy to talk to you in English and Spanish.
