- Beach service from 05/06 to 18/09: EUR 60.00 per apartment per week (one umbrella and two sunbeds from the 4th row).
- Club card: mandatory from 05/06 to 11/09, from 3 years (completed) EUR 40.00 per person per week, to be paid on the spot. Includes: welcome drink, daytime and evening entertainment, use of sports fields during the day, access to the pool.
- Pets: Small size pets are allowed, on request, EUR 50.00 per final sanitizing, to be paid on the spot.
- Optional charges to pay on the spot: Change of double bed linen EUR 10.00, single bed linen EUR 5.00.

The property is closed during January, February, March, April, November, and December.
