Please note when reception is not staffed (eg, Tuesdays and Wednesdays), please use the combination safe at the main entrance to retrieve your key. You need the last three digits of your reservation number - then an 'E' (Example: 248E). Further information is available on the paper flags on the key.
Between November and April, the hotel restaurant is only open at the weekend.
