Lazy Days Estate is a working farm near the rural village of Axedale in central Victoria. It is about 1.5 hours’ drive North of Melbourne, on the historical McIvor Highway. It provides bed and breakfast accommodation for up to 6 guests. It provides Bed and Breakfast accommodation for up to 6 guests. The dining room provides you with tea and coffee making facilities, fresh cold water, kitchen utensils, with plates, bowls, cups and wine glasses. It also has a small fridge to keep your beverages lovely and cold. BREAKFAST: A continental breakfast of juice, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereal, toast, tea and coffee can be enjoyed in the formal dining room or on the wide veranda overlooking the landscaped garden. There are numerous things for the visitor to do, including: observing farm activities; animal feeding/petting; bike riding; fishing; wildlife spotting; star gazing or just simply strolling around the property. Axedale also has some interesting little secrets and places of interest just a short walk away. If kicking back and doing nothing is preferred, visitors can just relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens in a picturesque rural setting. All guests are provided breakfast which can be enjoyed in a comfortable dining room or under the homestead’s veranda. The property is ideally located as a base to explore the many attractions and sites of Central Victoria. Main attractions include: Axedale Tavern, Golf course, riding trails, goldfields, Heathcote and Bendigo wine region. The city of Bendigo is nearby and offers: theatres, museums, parks, events, excellent dining and shopping. This is a truly relaxing get away for couples or families who want to experience true country hospitality on a working farm.
