This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform I Balconi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Air conditioning is available upon request from May to September at an additional charge of EUR 10 per day. Security deposit for stay over 15 days: 1000,00 EUR. Please note that heating is available upon request from 01/October to 15/April at an additional charge of EUR 10 per day. A surcharge of € 30,00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 19:00 to 22:00. A surcharge of € 50,00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 22:00 to 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
