Beschreibung
The Relais Saint-Jacques is located in the small village of Tournoisis (Loiret department), that is 24 kilometers far from Orleans city, on the road to Chateaudun. This former coaching inn has been turned into a restaurant and a hotel. Till 1856 the building was a stop for the stagecoaches that came to a halt to replace their horses. It became the restaurant that we know today in 1984. The Executive Chef, Christian Aubertin, serves both a traditional and regularly updated cuisine, made of dishes imagined with local and seasonal products. The two rooms of the restaurant fit into a genuine and traditional atmosphere, with a refined decoration, all by the fireside.
