In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the city tax must be paid by card at least 7 days before arrival. Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented on site for a charge of EUR 175 (which includes linen and towels for all guests) or guests can bring their own.
