2 days prior arrival a damage deposit via JCC is required. The deposit will be used in the event of any damages left at the villa during the stay or in case extensive cleaning is required. This amount will be returned back to the cardholder after the departure check is done provided there are no damages at the villa and there is no need for excessive cleaning.
