A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The reservation deposit can be paid by bank wire or Paypal. To secure your reservation a deposit of 30% is required if the arrival date is more than 6 weeks after booking. The balance (70%) has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
