All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any pets or animals and any strong scents items (durian, chemicals,...) are not allowed indoors. A surcharge of VND 2,000,000 will be applied if there is any above case occurring. br/ Check-out time is at noon 12:00 PM. Any late check-out will be applied surcharge as per hotel policies. br/ Children from 5 to 10 years old sharing bed with parents will be charged USD 4 for breakfast. br/ Do not relocate or adjust any room facilities. Guests will be charged for any loss or damage in the room. br/ Guests are required to follow hotel regulations during the staying period. br/ Guests are required to leave original passports or ID cards at the reception desk for the check-in procedure. Otherwise, a deposit for our services at VND 2,000,000 per room is required as per hotel policies. If guests do not use any service the deposit will be returned upon check-out. br/ The hotel does not permit guests to check in without securing a valid passport or ID card. In case of one foreigner and one Vietnamese sharing the same room, a marriage certificate presentation is required otherwise two rooms are requested and the second room will be discounted br/ Total room charge is required to settle upon check-in. The room charge is non-refundable if there is any amendment or cancellation. br/ Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, this property can only accept bookings from fully vaccinated guests.
