Refusal to pay for the entire stay and / or security deposit is considered a refusal to move in. In this case, check-in is not made, and the prepayment made earlier is not refundable.
A change in the period of residence in a smaller direction is carried out upon prior notice no later than 48 hours. The day of departure is calculated from 12:00 РМ.
With a later notice of a reduction in the period of stay, payment for the remaining unused nights is not refundable.
Extension of stay is subject to prior agreement and subject to availability.
The hotel accepts payment by cashless payments to the current account and by QR code.
For 1 or 2 people, 1 set of bed linen is provided. For an additional set of bed linen and towels, an additional fee of RUB 200.00 is charged.
