Near the apartments there is a city larch park, one of the main attractions of the Baltic coast - the Zodiac Sundial is 200 meters away, the Rauschen water tower is 100 meters away. Nearby there is also a modern cinema and concert complex "Yantar Hall". The complex houses the Alt Platz restaurant, where you can enjoy author's cuisine. Guests are separated from the sea by 200 meters along a wide staircase located on a picturesque slope. There are also souvenir shops nearby.
Room description
The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi is available. For ease of movement, a transfer can be arranged from/to the train station or airport. An elevator takes guests to the upper floors.
