At the hotel, guests must follow the guidelines for the prevention of the new coronavirus infection COVID-2019:
- Upon arrival at the hotel, social distancing must be observed in the lobby and at the reception at least 1.5 meters in accordance with the signal markings;
- It is necessary to stay in the room mainly for one person (except for family accommodation);
- Airing of the room should be carried out at least 1 time in 2 hours;
- If guests arrived from foreign countries, then they must observe isolation in the conditions of the observatory within 14 calendar days from the date of arrival.
The indoor pool is closed for maintenance on the first Sunday of every month.
Each time you visit the fitness club, you must have a Guest Card, in exchange for which the Guest of the hotel receives a bracelet and a towel.
Children under 3 years old are not allowed to visit the pool.
Children under 16 years old can only be in the pool under the supervision of an adult.

From 09:00 02.09.2020, the hotel will stop supplying hot water to the rooms in connection with the repair work and the cessation of gas supply to the territory of the Central District of the city of Sochi. These events will last approximately two days.
On 02.09.2020, a cleaning day will be held in the indoor pool.
The indoor pool will be closed from May 10 to July 17, 2023.
The spa at the hotel is closed until June 1, 2023.
