The Zhemchuzhina hotel complex is located in the centre of Sochi, just a few metres from the sea shore, among palm trees, acacias and magnolias. The 19-storeyed building of the hotel was constructed in 1973. The Festivalny Concert Hall, the Dendrarium, the Circus, museums and theatres are in close proximity to the hotel. From the hotel's windows a marvelous view over the Caucasus Mountains and the Black Sea is observed.
