Bridge Resort has 700 spacious rooms with balconies, each of which has air conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe and minibar.

From April 2, 2023, the gym, the hairstyle studio in the Wellness Club IK will be closed for repair work.
The aquathermal zone will work as usual: 2 Finnish saunas, a hammam, heated indoor and outdoor, as well as children's pools and a Jacuzzi are available. Massage, manicure and pedicure, cosmetology services will be provided in the Paris building.
From 20.11.2021, a visit to the Wellness Club BR is available for guests:

All the rooms on the ground floor are without balconies. All rooms above have balconies.
Standard rooms without balconies, located on the first floor of a typical building, are adapted for people with disabilities. Breakfast is served in the main building.
Guests of the Bridge Resort 4 * hotel visit all pools free of charge.
An outdoor, heated, freshwater adult pool is available at the Breeze Complex, which is located adjacent to the Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo buildings. Delivery of towels is carried out at the reception of the building "Tokyo" from the side of the pools.
Documents required for registration at the hotel:
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- children under 14 years old traveling with their parents must have a birth certificate; or notarized power of attorney for the accompanying person, if the child travels without parents;
- children who have reached the age of 14, traveling without legal representatives, must have: an identity document, notarized consent of legal representatives (one of them);
Foreign citizens must have a passport; valid migration card; valid visa, negative PCR test for COVID-19.
Guests who have booked their stay under the spa program must necessarily present:
- a certificate of the epidemiological environment with information about the absence of contact with probable patients at least 14 days before the date of departure. A certificate of the epidemiological environment must be received no later than 3 days before the date of departure to the sanatorium.
Guests can visit the Wellness Club of the main building: swimming pools heated year-round with fresh water: indoor, outdoor, children's, jacuzzi, 2 Finnish saunas, hammam, gym.
Guests over 18 years old are charged a spa fee of 50.00 RUB per person per day if they stay more than one night.
