The guest house is located on the territory of the former boarding house Olginka, which is a part of the Agrian Reserve and is a unique place for the treatment of respiratory organs and the musculoskeletal system. The guests are offered standard class rooms (shower room, toilet, split-system, bed linen, set of towels, TV, necessary furniture), a kitchen for self-cooking, two dining rooms, gazebos and barbecues in the yard.
There is a car park next to the guest house. Guests can also use the services of a paid parking located on the territory of the boarding house.
Within walking distance are a small supermarket and a canteen.

A gentle, not tiring 3-5 minute descent leads to the beach of Olginskaya Bay, which passes by the general's building and a fountain with a monument to Princess Olga.
