The apartment is located on the 17th floor. A concierge and a security camera at the entrance to the house control the security in the house. Near the house there is a large free parking for cars both in the courtyard of the house and from the side of Moskovsky Prospekt. There are several playgrounds around the house. Guests are provided with: bedding and kitchen linen (including tea and coffee), hygiene products (liquid soap, shampoo, toilet paper) and towels. For accommodation guests are available: a double bed and a 1.5 sleeping sofa bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room. If the centralized hot water supply is turned off, then an 80-liter electric water heater will not let you notice the lack of hot water. Two flat screen TVs in each room, smart TV, cable TV 150 channels, high speed WI-FI, iron with ironing board, clothes dryer and washing machine and hair dryer. Apartment provide reporting documents.
