Apartment "Luchshe Chem Doma" is located in the club closed complex "Meridian" in the village of Dagomys, Sochi. Within walking distance are pharmacies, stores, markets, restaurants and bars..The complex has its own private beach, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, toilets, changing rooms and showers. The beach is open from May to September. Entrance is free. Also nearby is the beach OK Dagomys with a pool, restaurants and daily animation for children. This beach is open all year round. In the low season the entrance to the beach is free, in the high season - for a fee.

From December to April is possible monthly rent for a period not exceeding 3 months. For accommodating up to 4 people the rent will be:

- from 01.02.23 till 28.02.23 — RUB 75 000.00
- from 01.03.23 till 31.03.23 — RUB 85 000.00

Guests enjoy the Adagio spa complex (swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Hamam, sauna, fitness equipment) at the cost of 1 person RUB 1500.00.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. If more than 5 guests are accommodated RUB 1300.00 per day for each additional guest.
Minimal booking is from 4 nights.
When booking up to 5 nights additional cleaning fee of RUB 3000.00 is charged. For bookings of over 5 nights cleaning is included in the price.
At the moment of arrival a deposit of RUB 10000.00 is charged.
Guests older than 25 years are allowed to book room only. Smoking and parties are forbidden. Quiet hours from 23:00 till 08:00.
Accommodation with pets must be agreed upon in advance. Additional fee — RUB 2000.00 for the entire period of accommodation.
