VAT indicated in the rates is obligatory for payment only for the citizens of Peru, regardless of the length of stay. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax.
<ul> <li>Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.</li><li>According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.</li> <li>One child 1 year old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. </li><li>No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. </li> </ul> <p>You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:</p> <ul><li>A national sales tax between 10% to 18% will be charged upon check-out to residents of Peru regardless of length of stay, and non-residents staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more. Travelers who present a valid passport and Andean Migration Card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración) at check-in are exempt from this tax. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.</li>Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation. </ul> <p>We have included all charges provided to us by the property. </p>

You can stop by the restaurant. You won’t be bored as at the cottage you will find a library. To book an excursion, consult the tour assistance desk of the cottage. There are other services available for the guests of the cottage. For example, a safe-deposit box.
