As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.
Please note that the first night of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, The Yak will contact the guest directly to arrange payment by wire transfer. Guest should pay within 48 hours once the hotel contacts you.
The Yak is applying a Age restriction policy (17 - 34).
