The reception closes at 08:00 PM, in case of arrival from 08:00 PM to midnight, colleagues from the bar will have the keys. After midnight a welcome card will be left on the wall of the reception with the instruction and the keys on the door. In case of late arrivals we suggest to contact us by email or WhatsApp a few days before. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
The fee of EUR 15.00 per person per day (from 5 years old) includes energy and water consumption, bed and bath linen (including intermediate change for stays of at least 7 nights), air conditioning, welcome kit (soap and shower gel, washing detergent and sponge), mini-club (4-12 years old), parking, Wi-Fi.
Kitchen linen is not available. Final cleaning per stay (for exceptional kitchenette, kitchen utensils and waste consumption): 60 euros in studio 1/2, 70 euros in hotel with 1 suitable 3/4, 80.00 euros in apartments with 1 suitable 5/ 6, 120.00 EUR in 2 bedroom apartments 6 / 6. Kitchenette, dishes and garbage collection to be cleaned by customers, if necessary, an additional fee of 40 euros is required.
Cleaning and change of linen at the hotel is included in the price if guests stay for 14 days or more (then the change will be made on the seventh day).

Spend an evening in a nice atmosphere of the bar. You can stop by the restaurant. The resort cafe is a nice place to have a snack. Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in..Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a parking zone. Sports fans will be able to enjoy a table tennis area and a diving club. Here, you can treat yourself with water procedures as there will be a pool and an outdoor pool. There are playrooms for children at the resort. They will be having so much fun that you might have to spend the evening with adults..To book an excursion, consult the tour assistance desk of the resort. You won’t have to leave your pet at home as they are allowed. The staff of the resort will order a transfer for you. There are other services available for the guests of the resort. For example, a laundry and a safe-deposit box..The staff of the resort speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French.
