Please inform Legends Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of XPF 50000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that it is strongly recommended to rent a car when booking this property due to its location up a hill. Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a free parking zone. Here, you can treat yourself with water procedures as there will be a pool and an outdoor pool. The staff of the villa speaks English and French.
