You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town (reservations are not possible). A shuttle service to the hotel on arrival and departure is available free of charge.
