The residence Le Fontane is situated in Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, which is characterized by long snow-white sandy beaches and shallow crystal-clear waters.
Thanks to its location, you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches as the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis.
Villasimius has more than just the sea. In fact, there are many other attractions in the area: archaeological sites, museums, a wide range of sports, discos, clubs, shops and lots of fine restaurants where the excellent local cuisine and wines can be savored.
The property is located 10/15 minutes' walk from the town centre, while the airport and the port of Cagliari are about 50 kms away.
APARTMENTS: 43 apartments, located on the 1st or 2nd floor with a balcony furnished with table and chairs. All apartments are equipped with oven, TV, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, telephone (internal use only), shared washing machine, hairdryer.
