The new apartment house "Residence Alpin - Kaprun" is located in a central location of Kaprun - in the ski region Kitzsteinhorn. The centre of Kaprun, the Tauern-Spa as well as the ski-lift is reachable within few minutes. The ski bus stops in front of the building. Opening in April 2014, the Residence Alpin offers exclusive and well-equipped apartments . The house offers a common spa area with sauna, children playroom, recreation room and infrared cabin.
