- 1 Bedroom: Credit card pre-authorization of AU$100 or cash deposit of AU$200.
- 2 Bedroom: Credit card pre-authorization of AU$200 or cash deposit of AU$400.
- 3 Bedroom: Credit card pre-authorization of AU$300 or cash deposit of AU$600.
