A damage deposit of USD 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that water and electricity usage worth up to USD 100 is included in the price. Excess usage will be charged separately.

Free Wi-Fi is available on the territory. Ask for more information when checking in. If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone for free.
