Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement.
Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement for an additional fee of RUB 1,000.00 per night.
Final cleaning for one-night stays is an additional fee of RUB 1,000.00.
The deposit is refundable on the day of check-out by 8:00 PM, provided there are no damages.
Smoking, parties, and additional guests not specified in the reservation are prohibited. Quiet hours are mandatory from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Violating these rules will incur a fine.
